Seed Oils

I use about 3 tsp. daily of Healthy Fats. I rotate my Fats every month. I use Hemp Oil, Coconut Oil, Udo's Oil, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Flax, Hemp Hearts, and Almonds.

If you find you start burping up you Oils it is an indication to cut back a little bit.

Avocado's

Also known as "God's Butter".

I have my Avocado Shakes Everyday and attempt to have 2 Avocado's minimally a day. One may have up to 4 a day but one must be sure not to combine simple sugars are carboyhrates with the Avocado's ( Sorry no chips, breads)

Coconut

Fresh Thai Coconuts are obviously the way to go and in actuality are less expensive than buying canned. Not to mention better for you. But if you are to buy canned be sure their are no perservatives.

Oils For Cooking

Coconut Oil Cold Pressed. Coconut oil can with stand higher cooking temperatures an not break down as would other traditional oils.
